Visa
Visa is required to enter China. China Experience will alert all participants with the required procedure. An online form need to be submitted and China Experience Ltd in Shanghai will issue an invitation letter for all participants for your easy visa process.

A deposit of EUR 670 / DKK 5.000,- is due on reservation (deposit can be fully refunded until Oct. 1st 2024)
50% of payment is due Nov. 15th 2024 & final payment is due Feb. 20. 2025.
Cancellation before Oct. 1st 2024 - full refund.
Cancellation after Nov. 15th 2024: 50% of the paid amount can be refunded.
Cancellation after Feb. 20th 2025: 50% of the paid amount can be refunded.
Cancellation made after March 5th: No refund.
